We’re Victoria and Andy - partners in life and in business.
The Brand Effect was born because we knew we could do more on our own terms.
We’re both driven, honest, and tired of seeing good people let down by companies that overpromise and underdeliver. So we built a creative studio built on trust. Where ideas flow, strategy leads, and design actually works.
In late 2024, we moved into our Hamptons style home near Lismore. It's a home with an abundance of character, our weekend side project (we’re not great at sitting still).
We started The Brand Effect to do meaningful work with like-minded people. And this life/business blend just fits for us, and we hope we can make your business fit for you too.

I grew up in the English countryside, fell in love with Australia on a backpacking trip, and never really left. My path wound through beauty therapy, photography, and eventually graphic design, but, people and purpose have always been at the heart of it.
I care deeply about sustainability, mental health, and making sure your brand feels like you (not what the internet says it should be.)

I grew up in Mount Gambier, SA and moved to the Gold Coast to become a pilot (which I did). But somewhere along the way, I discovered a real love for marketing, and it just made sense in every way.
I’m a big believer that everything happens for a reason. That mindset led me from running my own e-commerce brand to managing million dollar campaigns for major Aussie companies.
Now, I bring that same energy to every project. Driven by results, grounded in strategy, and always looking for the next opportunity to grow.
